What is your return policy?
If you for whatever reason don't want what you purchased, it may be shipped back within 7 days.
However, it must be returned in original packaging, and not have been worn/used. Upon item inspection, we will refund you.
We do not accept returns that are caused by sizing issues.
There WILL be a restocking fee of 15% of the original price (not including shipping). There is no return for on sale items and items marked as "ALL SALES FINAL".
We are not responsible for the shipping fee on returned goods. To make sure the return goes smoothly, please contact us before hand via the email [email protected]
Please note that we do not accept returns due to sizing problems or buyer's remorse.
Do you guys double box the shoes?
Of course, we double box all the shoes in order to maintain the mint condition of the box and guarantee the freshness of the kicks.
